This policy describes the practices of Sankalp Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliate and group concerns in various jurisdictions (collectively, “Sankalp”) with respect to personally identifiable information, sensitive personal information and individual-specific data (“Personal Information”) of its users. This policy applies to our websites, mobile applications, email and text messages, and social media accounts, (collectively, the “Platforms”). When you use the Platforms, you agree to the terms set out in this policy, including the terms of such revisions/iterations to this policy as may be notified by Sankalp from time to time.
The categories of Personal Information we collect
When you visit the Platforms, we may collect some information from you. Some of it may be Personal Information. This information can include your name, contact number, financial information, job profile, password, postal code, physical location, search history, biometric data, IP address, screen resolution, browser used, operating system and settings, access times and referring URL. If you are using a mobile device, we may also collect data that identifies your device, your settings and your location/s.
If you choose a third-party service, like LinkedInLogin, to register or login to the Platforms, you are permitting us to use and store the Personal Information related to that account.

How we collect your Personal Information
We collect your Personal Information directly from you. For example, you will provide us Personal Information at the time of subscribing with any of our platforms.

- To provide you certain third-party information and provide links to articles/whitepapers of third party websites that Sankalp gets covered in.
- To provide you access to marketing collaterals and keep you updated on company promotions like events, webinar and other marketing activities (surveys).
- To send updates and emails to our subscribers regularly through the use of third party email marketing software.
We also collect your information so that Sankalp may contact you for the following purposes:
- To send notifications about prospective recruitment opportunities;
- To send alerts and notifications you have subscribed to, including to your mobile device;

Sankalp protects the personal data it collects in a secure database with important data being encrypted, and the database servers are hosted in a protected data centre. It is pertinent to note that the access to the database is restricted to only our marketing designated team members and the database is password protected and login based only.
Sankalp employees are required, as a condition of their employment, to treat personal data held by Sankalp as confidential, and to maintain the confidentiality of that personal data.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Indian law, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
